Goose Island Brewhouse, 1800 N Clybourn Ave. Chicago

Thursday, June 27, 2019, 4:30 to 8:00 pm

Researchers rely on laboratory airflow systems to protect them from hazardous materials. HVAC designs have become more complex as organizations, consultants, and vendors strive to improve efficiency. Operator training is critical for both safety and efficiency of modern labs.

Operations staff at the University of Illinois-Chicago recently took an I2SL training course on airflow systems. At Windy City I2SL’s June event, they will share key information, which will become the starting point for a broader panel discussion on the importance of operator training. Join the discussion, network with your fellow industry professionals, and hoist a brew at Goose Island Brewhouse!

Our summer event will include an extra helping of fun and social time with an extended happy hour, brewery tour, a shorter, less formal presentation, and time to network afterwards.

One AIA or Professional Development Hour available.
