Thursday, June 17, 4:00 – 6:00 PM CST – Virtual Event – Free

Join us for a virtual tour of novel design, construction and operations of science spaces in the Great Lakes region and beyond.  We’ll start off with HOK discussing what they learned from 5+ years of data at DC Consolidated Lab and how it is influencing their current designs. Next stop, the Simpson Querrey Biomedical Research Center, Northwestern University in Chicago, to see how the building’s sustainable designs are actually performing after a few years of operations. We’ll wrap up the tour at NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes in Beloit, WI, which uses innovative techniques to make radioisotopes without generating radioactive waste.

Climb on board to learn and interact with lab designers and operators working together for a sustainable future.

Two AIA credits or Continuing Education Units available.
